Defense Against Pennsylvania Game Law Citations

The Pennsylvania Game Commission enforces the state Game and Wildlife Code, and a citation can mean fines, loss of equipment, or a suspension of your hunting or furtaking privileges. If a citation is not answered within 60 days, or fines are not paid within 180 days of a conviction, hunting privileges can be automatically suspended until the matter is resolved. Because Pennsylvania belongs to the Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact, a suspension here can also cost you the ability to hunt in dozens of other states.
