Traffic citations may seem minor, but points add up quickly under Pennsylvania's point system. Once a driving record reaches 6 points, PennDOT sends written notice and requires a special exam or driver improvement course. At 11 or more points, a license is automatically suspended, with longer suspensions for repeat offenses. We represent clients facing speeding tickets, reckless driving charges, and other motor vehicle violations, working to reduce points, avoid a suspension, and protect a clean driving record.
